PLASTISOL: Plastisol screen printing is a type of printing process that involves the use of a special ink called plastisol. This ink is made up of PVC particles and a liquid plasticizer, and is very thick and opaque. It is perfect for printing on dark or colored fabrics.

The process of plastisol screen printing involves creating a stencil or design on a fine mesh screen. The ink is then applied to the screen and pressed through the mesh onto the fabric below. The ink is then cured or dried using heat, which causes the particles to fuse together and form a solid layer.

This type of printing is commonly used for creating designs on t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel items. The benefits of plastisol screen printing include its durability, vibrant colors, and ability to last for many washes without fading or cracking.

DISCHARGE PRINTING: Discharge printing, removes the dye from the fabric, leaving behind a faded or "vintage" look. Discharge printing uses a chemical that removes the dye from the fabric, and is usually done on dark-colored fabrics.
While plastisol printing is brighter and more vibrant, discharge printing offers a softer, more natural look.

Since discharge inks are made without PVC, they are kinder to Planet Earth. Additionally, discharge inks don’t require the use of a white under base, which can save water and energy during the printing process.
